“Do you run with the wolves, mama?
I believe you do. I think there will be stories about you.
Stories maybe unspoken but the mothers know.
I believe you’re running fast with the wolves. Doing a million things all at once that you’ve become a wild beast that you didn’t know you became.
Look at your reflection. It shows a beast of a motherly kind. A beautiful kind.
There will be stories of how you raised your young using those instincts of yours. With all your heart and it’s beats.
You climbed and clawed through hard days and nights. With such force, it almost broke you. But despite all the tired tears. You were always awake at dawn for them.
Stories will be told of how you became stronger in all your weak moments. We hear you howling at the moon on your lonely nights and there are howls echoing with you.
This pack is strong. The one made of mothers. We bond together with our love for our children.
You may not always see us. We’re hiding in the forest. But you’ll always find our footprints in the snow.
They talk of us mothers traveling far to get to where we are. Through many storms and early sunlight. We are the relentless creatures.
For them we sing our wild songs and we never stop howling.” 🐺🖤

There is a quiet intelligence in her that I am always returning to.
Mother Earth moves in sacred rhythm… season to season, breath to breath… never rushed, never forced, always becoming. I find clarity in her patterns: in herbs that rise exactly when they are needed, in equinox balance, in solstice turning, in the way everything knows how to belong to its own timing.
My offerings are simply an extension of that listening~shaped by what is alive, what is true, what is asking to be honored in this moment. 🤍
And I want my children to know her this way too. Not as something distant, but as something they are already a part of. To learn her language. To trust her cycles. To grow up remembering that she is not separate from them, but the very ground of their becoming.
Mother Earth, I bow to your rhythm. I build my life within your sacred unfolding.

We’ll begin by settling into a restorative yoga practice, allowing the body to unwind through fully supported shapes. Throughout the experience, you’ll receive soothing touch and be guided into deeper relaxation as you’re immersed in a sound bath during savasana.
As the body softens and the mind quiets, we’ll close with a botanical elixir ritual ~ a moment to sip, reflect, and gently reawaken the senses before returning to your evening.

As we emerge from winter and move into the lighter energy of spring, Monday Ritual + Community is a weekly space to reset, reconnect, and begin the week with intention.
Each class blends mindful flow and restorative shapes, guided breath, and a simple ritual to help you arrive fully in your body and your week. We close with seasonal tea and a few minutes of relaxed connection ~quiet conversation, reflection, or simply being together. There is no pressure to speak or share. Come as you are.
This is a gentle pause before the week unfolds. A place to root, soften, and tend to what’s growing.
Bring your mat, a mug, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Journals welcome.

Sometimes people assume I just teach yoga.
But the truth is, the work I share is much broader than that.
I’m a creative, a mother, an empath~ someone who has always felt the world deeply. That sensitivity also meant learning, over time, how to care for a very responsive nervous system and to move through my own seasons of challenge and growth.
That personal exploration led me into a deeper path of study and practice~ weaving together yoga, breathwork, somatic practices/awareness, meditation, yoga nidra, ritual, and a grounded approach to holistic living.
Not as trends or techniques, but as ways to reconnect with the body’s intelligence and its natural capacity to regulate and heal.
More and more, this work is unfolding into 1:1 personalized sessions where we can slow down and explore what each person truly needs.
Sacred Haven is simply the space where all of those threads come together.
