Most teens want a job. Very few know how to actually get hired—or how to keep the job once they get it. This 4-week, 1-hour-per-week course gives teenagers the real-world skills employers wish young workers had on day one.
This is not school-style theory. It’s practical, hands-on training that shows teens exactly what to say, how to act, and how to stand out from every other applicant their age.
WHAT TEENS WILL LEARN
How to walk into a business, confidently ask for an application, and make a great first impression
• What to put on a resume (even with zero job experience)
• How to interview like someone twice their age
• Work ethic skills that make managers put them at the top of the schedule
• How to communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and even difficult customers
• How to handle correction, stress, and unexpected problems on the job
• How to manage their first paychecks, ask for raises, and build long-term success
