Dr. Mahafza's Honors 101 students recently met with the UAH Culinary Council to discuss their research proposal, "Taste the World Thursday: Assessing the Need for Multicultural Food in the UAH Cafe."

They discussed the benefits of serving multicultural foods at UAH Cafe, similar to other universities, such as Auburn. This effort aims to enhance students' sense of belonging and promote cultural understanding through food!

We love seeing all the different and creative ways Honors students impact UAH and are excited to see where their research leads them.

Congrats to our 2024 Resource Race winners! Word on the street is 4th floor best floor (debatable?) Thank you to all who participated! 🙌🏆
