Urban EFNEP: El Programa Urbano Ampliado de Educación en Alimentos y Nutrición

¿Estas tú y tu familia comiendo alimentos saludables, buscando la manera de economizar en la compra de alimentos, y preparando alimentos higiénicamente?

EFNEP ofrece estos servicios gratuitos:
-- Clases interactivas en Español para madres con niños en edades de 6–14 años
-- Uso de vehículo equipado para llevara cabo la clase
-- Clases suplementarias en vídeo disponibles en línea

EFNEP es un programa educativo que te ayuda a ti y tu familia a:
-- Escoger alimentos sanos e incrementar la actividad física diaria
-- Practicar la Seguridad en los Alimentos
-- Ahorrar dinero en el costo de los alimentos
-- Vivir mas saludable

This Saturday from 9am to noon come out to our Community Health Fair at the Huntsville Madison County Public Library, 7901-L Bailey Cove Rd. SE. Donate blood at the LifeSouth Community Blood Centers blood mobile, teach your kids healthy habits with the Alabama Extension at Alabama A&M University mobile, and get your COVID booster shot. It's going to be a fun and healthy day at the Community Health Fair this Saturday!
