At 3:04 AM, one of my twins needed a minute. He got it. But because he has the skill to sleep, that 10 minute cuddle in my bed didn't ruin our night OR my 5:30 AM spin workout.
I'm a Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, but I'm also a twin mom that's been in the trenches.
(and every now and then still am)đŤ
My program isn't about being the "pefect" parent...

That âI can actually enjoy my nightâ kind of peace hits different đ¤đžâ¨
Because when your baby knows how to fall asleep in under 20 minutesâŚor less.
and stay asleep⌠10+ hours through the night.
Youâre not checking the monitor every 5 seconds.
Youâre not rushing home early.
Youâre not low-key stressed the whole time you're out.
Youâre OUTSIDE⌠relaxed⌠present⌠ordering another drink... maybe even extending the sitter đđ˝
Thatâs the kind of freedom sleep skills give you.
Not just a sleeping baby⌠but a lighter, more confident YOU.
If bedtime feels like a gamble right now, letâs fix that.
DM me âSLEEPâ and letâs get your nights (and your life) back đ
If white noise isnât working⌠there could be a good reason why...
Everybody says âjust turn on white noiseââŚbut what they donât tell you... and most ppl don't even know is
1ď¸âŁThere are DIFFERENT types
2ď¸âŁYour baby might not like the one you picked
3ď¸âŁSome babies need:
đ¤ Steady sound
đЎSofter, more natural sound
đ¤ Or something deeper + more grounding
So if your baby is still:
⢠Fighting sleep
⢠Waking up all night
⢠Or just not settling
It might not be you âď¸
It might be the soundâď¸
But let me say this too... respectfully...if youâve already tried switching it up and nothingâs sticking?
𫣠Itâs probably not the noise.
Thatâs where I come in.
Because once WE fix the schedule + give you sleep support?
Everything starts to click.

And letâs get your nights together.

Youâve been using white noise and your baby still not sleeping... đŤ đŤ
Yeah, well thats because nobody told you thereâs more than one kind of noise... did you know that?
Some babies love that steady âshhhhhhâ đ¤
Some need something softer 𩷠and some? They need a sound that goes a little deeper đ¤
⨠White, pink, and brown noise all hit differently
⨠And your babyâs temperament matters more than the trend or general tip you picked up from an influencer.
So if youâve been side-eyeing that sound machine like âwhy is this not workingâŚâ
Youâre not doing anything wrong. You just might not have the right setup yet.
And if youâve tried switching soundsâŚand your baby is STILL waking up, fighting sleep, or needing you all night?
Itâs not the noise friend.
Itâs usually the schedule, timing, or how sleep is being supported.
Thatâs the part most parents are left to figure out alone.
But you donât have to!
DM me âSLEEPâ đŹ and letâs get your nights feeling like the RESTED nights they should be. đ

What your baby eats can actually support sleep... and all of my previous clients have hear me say, when it comes to sleep I'm all about working smarter and not harder if I can help it.
So use food to your advantage, and let it do some of the heavy lifting.
If your baby is has starting eatting solids, adding a few of the foods above throughout their day can help support their natural sleep cycle.
Now, the part that parents don't realize đđž
If your baby is waking up 2-3x a night... every night... it's not about the food friend.
The challenges you are seeing in your child's sleep are usually related to habits, timing (wake windows), and how your baby falls asleep.

And if sleep has been EXHAUSTING lately bc you aren't getting any... you don't have to figure it out alone. DM me SLEEP and let's get you some! đ
Toddler bedtime struggles are usually NOT random.
Most of the time there's a simple reason for the fighting naps, taking hours to fall asleep, constant wake ups 2-3 times in the middle of the night...
These are the 3 MOST COMMON that I see affecting toddler sleep when families start working with me.
But the good news is... once we identify the root if the issue bedtime gets easier really quick!
SAVE THIS POST so you can come back to it later, and if bedtime has been feeling overwhelming recently... you don't have to figure it out alone. đ
