⚠️Student Launch Update: Due to weather concerns, our 2026 launch day has moved to Friday, April 24. This event, hosted at Bragg Farms in Toney, Alabama, is free and open to the public. If you can't make it in person, you can watch our "live cam" on YouTube beginning at 9:50 a.m. CT with the first volley kicking off at 10 a.m. CT!

We were lucky enough to intercept Astronaut Alessandra in DC! 🇺🇸 She helped tell the story of Space Grant on the hill, alongside colleagues from across the country, and networked at the national Space Grant and EPSCoR meeting (she is a natural). Ale also caught a stunning sunset and a delicious seafood platter at The Wharf. 🌅🦞

While the 2026-2027 ASGC Fellowship and Scholarship application deadline has passed, there are still plenty of ways to get involved with Alabama Space Grant Consortium! Reach out to us about how we can support you on your campus — we fund student clubs, NASA competitions, K-12 and community outreach, and we would love for you to join our ever-growing network. 🚀

We are pleased to introduce our Fellows and Scholars for the 2025-2026 academic year!

The 2026-2027 ASGC Fellowship and Scholarship applications are LIVE now with a quickly approaching deadline!! The application deadline is March 2nd, 2026, and the letter of recommendation is due by midnight on March 9th, 2026.

We also have a teacher educator scholar for pre-service teachers in Science and Mathematics. Pre-service teacher applicants should apply via the regular scholarship application link, but check the box that asks if you are a teacher educator scholar.

Scholarships are for junior/senior in STEM fields, and fellowships are for graduate level Masters/Ph.D. students in STEM fields with a NASA Mission Directorate alignment. More details on our website - link in bio 📝
