🎳🎉 Our 3rd grade students had an amazing time at Main Event for their final field trip of the year! From bowling and laser tag to the ropes course and unlimited arcade games, the fun never stopped! 🍕🎮

Students enjoyed a day full of laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable memories while celebrating an awesome school year together. Of course, pizza made the day even better! 🍕💙

🎉🩺 Nurse Appreciation Week at RHES 🩺🎉

This week we celebrated our amazing Nurse Wilson in true 90’s style because “Caring for Us Never Goes Out of Style!” 💿✨

Our Cougar Family showed so much love and appreciation all week long! Each grade level, along with students and staff, created special gifts, handmade crafts, colorful pictures, sweet notes, and more snacks than she could ever imagine! 🍭🎨💙

Daily treats and surprises from students, staff, and administration reminded Nurse Wilson just how much she means to Rolling Hills Elementary. Her kindness, compassion, and dedication make a difference in the lives of our students every single day.

RHES Art Club students recently enjoyed a special hands-on workshop with visiting artist Raven Armstead! 🎨🌿 Students painted terra cotta pots in her signature style and planted succulents to take home.

A huge thank you to Raven Armstead for inspiring our young artists and to Home Depot for generously donating the succulents that helped make this experience possible! 💙✨

Tuesday we are celebrating PBIS and Operation Get Here Color Run and PBIS Palooza! 🎉🌈 This is the LAST PBIS and Attendance Celebration of the year!! We’re looking forward to a week filled with fun, excitement, and celebrating our students! Be sure students wear clothes they don’t mind getting colorful. 🎨✨

RHES 4th Grade GATE students recently donated 120 3D-printed fidget toys to St. Jude Children’s Hospital as part of a special service-learning project. ❤️

Students designed and printed the toys in class to help bring comfort and joy to children in the hospital while learning the importance of giving back through STEM and creativity.

A special thank you to Dr. Tracy Carter for her dedication to her students and their ideas, and to Dr. Timothy Wilkinson for helping bring this amazing project to life!

Field Day at Rolling Hills Elementary was a HUGE success! ☀️🎉
Students enjoyed a fun-filled day of games, inflatables, music, concessions, and friendly competition while making unforgettable memories with classmates and staff.

Friday wrapped up an amazing Teacher Appreciation Week at Rolling Hills! ☕🍩✨

KBR treated staff to coffee and donuts from Dunkin’, plus dirty sodas and energy drinks from Slurp. 🥤⚡

Lunch was generously provided by Redstone Federal Credit Union, and administration ended the week with one final small token of appreciation for our incredible staff. ❤️

Thursday of Teacher Appreciation Week was another amazing day at Rolling Hills! ✨🍎

KBR made sure our teachers had plenty of incentives to add to their “teacher treasure chests” throughout the day. 💙

A huge thank you to First Baptist Church for sponsoring a delicious morning snack bar for our staff. Lunch was generously provided by our wonderful administration along with Nothing But Noodles. 🍽️

Staff also received special customized pens that were created and sponsored with love, along with a sweet treat from Cookie Fix. 🍪✨

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this week extra special for our RHES teachers and staff!

Wednesday of Teacher Appreciation Week was full of fun and relaxation at Rolling Hills! 🌸✨

Staff enjoyed a take-and-make trucker hat station, a beautiful Bouquet Bar to create their own floral arrangements, and thoughtful wellness and relaxation gifts from our amazing week sponsor, KBR. 🌿💙

Even with an early release day, faculty and staff were treated to a wonderful meal catered by Bubba’s Silver Spoon and sponsored by Alabama A&M Huntsville Progressive Alumni Chapter.
