On the afternoon of June 22, 2024, a historic event celebrating the enduring legacy of Councill Training School and Councill High School, founded by the visionary William Hooper Councill. The Councillites Legacy Association presented a day of fellowship, remembrance, and inspiration as we came together to honor our shared heritage and the transformative impact of these two esteemed institutions.

The CTS Website team met on June 12, 2024, at the North Huntsville Public Library. In attendance were Ron Fearn, Chairman, George Baker, Delois Moore, Doris Lockhart, and Franklin Fletcher.
