With Pilates in the Pasture right around the corner, let’s talk about something you’ll find at our little morning coffee bar here at Belaya Form… raw milk. 🥛🤍
Why is that our choice?
I don’t just want this studio + community to feel like home — I treat it like home. From the way it’s cleaned, decorated and cared for, down to the things I choose to serve. My rule is pretty simple: I only want to offer you what I would use, serve or consume in my own home.
Since I was pregnant with our son nearly five years ago, Bakers Fashion Creamery raw milk has been almost exclusively what our family drinks.
So what makes raw — or real — milk different?
It’s milk in its natural, unpasteurized form — closer to the way God created it to be. We choose it because we value whole, minimally processed foods, knowing where our food comes from, and having a relationship with the people producing it.
There’s something beautiful about returning to foods in a form that hasn’t been heavily altered — appreciating the nourishment God placed in creation and being intentional about how we steward our bodies and the animals entrusted to our care. 🤍
For our family, it’s been a beautiful part of living more intentionally, simply and closer to the way God designed us to live.
And that’s really the bigger picture behind Belaya Form.
Movement is only one piece of wellness + abundant living. How we nourish ourselves, care for our homes, spend our time, build community, steward our bodies and live out our faith all matter too. I want this space to encourage women to ask questions, learn where their food comes from and make thoughtful choices for their families.
When it comes to raw milk, my biggest thing has always been: know your farmer. 🤍
We are called to steward the animals in our care well. When cattle are loved, cared for and able to graze on regenerative pastures, you can see that intentionality carried through the entire farm.
The Bakers are fourth-generation dairy farmers with an incredible passion for their cattle, their farm and the quality of what they produce. That’s one of the reasons I’m so excited for you to experience it firsthand.
🌾 Pilates in the Pasture is your chance to do exactly that.
Come move with us in the pasture, see where the milk we serve at the studio comes from, meet the family behind it, see their operation firsthand and learn a little more about the heart behind Bakers Fashion Creamery.
There’s something special about connecting the food on our table back to the land, animals and people who produced it — and ultimately giving thanks to the Creator who provided it all. 🤍
Move well. Nourish well. Know your farmer. Give thanks. 🥛🌾
