This is a great opportunity to learn more about Ellie White who spoke at our event in 2020. In fact, part of her TEDxMarshallU talk is featured in the documentary. This is also a chance to hear from Jill Tarter, the SETI legend that the character Jody Foster played was based on in the movie Contact. And it is a great way to learn more about the important work being done at the Green Bank Observatory which is in peril because of national budget cuts.
