Glen Midkiff, Marshall (WV) Chapter Advisor, gave a powerful and motivating speech during a TEDx event at MarshallU! Glen was able to make a conscious decision to rewrite his story by losing over 200 pounds during the COVID-19 pandemic! His physical transformation resulted in him being selected as a semifinalist in the national Mr. Health and Fitness competition. Through determination and the strength to rise above adversity, Glen proved that our circumstances don’t define us; our choices do.
