Please join the Department of Communication Studies in congratulating Dr. Julie Snyder-Yuly on her selection as the 2026-2027 Accessibility Coordinator Liaison for the College of Liberal Arts at Marshall University!

In this important leadership role, Dr. Snyder-Yuly will work with faculty and staff to support the university's efforts to ensure that courses and digital learning materials meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards by April 2027. Her work will help create more inclusive learning environments and ensure that all students have equitable access to educational content and opportunities for success.

Accessibility is a cause that Dr. Snyder-Yuly is deeply passionate about, and her commitment to student-centered teaching, inclusive course design, and educational excellence makes her an outstanding choice for this position.
