Update from Nicole Junge Clark
GREATFUL, THANKFUL, and BLESSED

GRATEFUL: For God’s army of angels that protected mom and dad. Mom and dad are going to be ok. Brought mom to my house last night. She has cuts, bruises, and a sprained wrist. Dad is at the burn unit in Galveston. He has 2nd degree burns on his arms and shins. They had to shave his beautiful silver head. But he was talking and joking. They said he could come home anywhere from tomorrow to 3 days. We will know more this morning.

THANKFUL: For the best family, friends, and neighbors. Who all came to our side to do what ever needed to be done. For all the calls, text, messages. I apologize if I failed to respond to someone. I hesitate to mention names because I am sure at this point I would miss someone. But we could not have gotten through the night without ALL of you.

BLESSED: We serve an awesome God who Carries us through the sunny days and through the storm clouds. We don’t always understand why we have to walk through the trials he puts in our paths. But He will always carry us to the other side.

Mom does not have a phone among everything else. Dad has his phone. If you want to talk to mom or see her call me or come to my house.

I have said it before and I will say it again. IN A BLINK OF AN EYE YOUR WORLD CAN CHANGE. We are not promised tomorrow or our next breath. If you don’t know our Lord and Savior and your heart is not right with Him say that prayer now and get your heart right now. The only way you can walk though heavens gates is to believe and trust in Him and ask Him to live in your heart forever.

God is good…all the time!! Thank you again to our family, friends, and neighbors. Those at such small words for the gratitude we are feeling. We love and appreciate each and every one of you!!!
