🔸 Fundamentals - five (5) workshops designed to bridge the gap between the TBLC Fundamentals of TBL and the TBLC Practitioner Certification.
🔸 Module Design Series
🔸 Practitioner - ideal certification for educators, instructors, and trainers who are currently using TBL in their teaching/training and would like one on one mentoring about the process.
🔸Trainer-Consultant - mentored experience and submission of a portfolio demonstrating having facilitated introductory workshops in TBL and mentored others in the development of a complete TBL module.

Thank you, Karla Kubitz, and everyone who joined us for August's Trading !

Karla brought two decades of TBL experience to a topic we don't often dig into: designing application exercises outside the usual medical and clinical space, in sport, exercise, and social science courses. Thank you, Karla, for sharing so generously, and to everyone who jumped in with questions and examples of their own.

What we covered:
• A quick refresher on the 4S framework for TBL applications
• The "bury the verb" method for writing applied multiple-choice questions
• Real examples across formats: concept maps, a "mental health gym" built with clay, Google Maps location comparisons, and AI-generated scenarios
• "Kudos and kvetches": a low-stakes way to run gallery walks where teams call out what worked and what didn't, without judgmental language
