My name is Chelsea Ferguson! I’m the director and owner of Bright Stars Early Learning Center. I’ve been serving Angelina County families through childcare for several years and an owner/director since 2019. I’ve been blessed to call Angelina county my home for my entire life. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Jeremey Ferguson, and have three beautiful children. I was raised by three very influential parents my dad, Mark Terry, and mom and step dad, Richard and Charlie Peebler. With my mom having over 35 years experience in childcare, I grew up in and was raised by an amazing mentor in this field. Presently, I’m blessed with the honor of serving the future of Huntington, Texas. I strive daily to provide a positive environment for each child in my care while ensuring they are provided with the tools to succeed. In finding out I was nominated for Lufkin’s 40 under 40, my heart was filled with joy and gratitude. I couldn’t be successful and make an impact on the children I serve without my amazing support system, phenomenal staff, and the trusting Bright Stars families.
