Product Recall: Spliced Kalimba Climbing Rope
IF YOU OWN A SPLICED KALIMBA, STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY.
Courant is recalling all spliced Kalimba ropes after identifying a safety defect in the spliced terminations. For the U.S. market, The spliced termination ends on the recalled ropes can fail unexpectedly, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a fall hazard.
Wichard Groupe North America (WGNA) will apply Courant's recall instructions as the U.S. importer.
Part numbers Impacted: MH730JZC045, MH730JZC050, MH730JZC060, MH730MCC045, MH730MCC050, MH730MCC060 plus any additional Kalimba spliced under Courant splicing protocols prior to June 15, 2026.
