Looking for a fun way to move, build strength, and support your overall well-being? Join our Strength & Stretch, Pilates, and Barre for Dancers course at Golden West College for Fall 2026!

Whether you’re a dancer, athlete, fitness enthusiast, or complete beginner, this class is designed to help you work toward your individual fitness goals in a supportive and welcoming environment. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and body awareness while learning techniques inspired by Pilates, barre, and dance conditioning.

Join our Choreography Class and explore the art of creating dance in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to choreography or have years of experience, all levels are encouraged to participate and all dance styles are welcome.

In this class, you’ll:

Discover the beauty, strength, and artistry of ballet in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you’re stepping into a ballet class for the first time or returning to refine your technique, this course is designed for dancers of all experience levels.

Build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while exploring the foundations and artistry of ballet. Our inclusive classroom encourages personal growth, creativity, and a love of movement.
