This self-defense training is a simple and effective system made for everyone. We will train and learn self-defense techniques to avoid and survive the worst-case scenarios. If someone is threatening your life, we train on how to avoid that scenario to begin with. If you are beyond the point of no return, we will also show y

ou effective strikes and techniques to prevail while under extreme stress. You will leave empowered, excited, renewed, and grateful for the education. You truly cannot put a price tag on safety for you or your family. You will learn from second degree black belt Rosario Rios Aguilar, who has trained under Beau Durocher for 9 years plus who has an extensive martial arts/fitness background since the age of 5 years old. We also have a team of instructors who have dedicated extensive time to this discipline and look forward to share this with you. Krav Maga is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces. We are under the guidance of AKMF (American Krav Maga Federation) as well as Danny Hazan in Israel and we are excited to continue the legacy of our instructors. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency. Thank you for trusting us with your training.
