Your Life story is a sum of your experiences. Give yourself permission to dream.
You are allowed to have dreams.
Your dreams and goals matter.
You matter.
So often we give up our dreams for fear or failure, being overwhelmed or putting others first.
But you were created and birthed on this Earth to embody your truth and live your dreams.
The journey will be filled with ups and downs.
Days of Doubt and confidence.
Some days will flow and others will require you to dig really deep for the reminder of your personal why.
Remember why and where you started.
👉If you can dream it, visualize it, it’s yours.
1. Visualize it. Close your eyes and see the experience you want to have. Notice all the details. Stay relaxed and calm as you witness what you are stepping in to.
2. Believe it is possible. A feeling, a knowing in your heart. Believe you deserve this and believe in yourself.
3. Feel into what it feels like to accomplish your goal.
4. Embody the person you want to become. Every thought, action, word, and belief as if it is already happening.
5. Take small aligned action daily confidently and relaxed toward your goal.
6. Trust the process and enjoy the journey.
Whether your dream is to have a family, call on a soul mate, become a world champ, increase financial freedom, optimal health, climb Mount Everest, write a book, start a business or whatever it may be… live every day through thoughts, words and actions as of you are already there💫

Imagine living the life you hear yourself saying like “when I do this … ” or “ I wish I could …”, “ If only I had …” insert here “more time, energy, support, money”
Imagine you have the very thing you believe you need.
How would your life change?
How would you feel?
What would you do?
What would you have that you don’t have right now?
The only thing standing in the way of where you are and where you want to be is well 👉YOU. Ouch I know it hurts but we all know it’s true.
We self sabotage and spend more time in what isn’t working then celebrating what is.

Keeping ourselves distracted with accomplishments our own, our kids, how much we make, how we look.
WELLTH is the idea that when you build an unshakable foundation of your personal TRUTH because you KNOW your worth, you eat well, move, let go of toxic relationships & beliefs, recognize your saboteur, receive help & connection from friends, women’s circle or a coach and thrive! ☝️
