𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐟 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬. Are you interested in learning a new knitting technique that creates a unique and beautiful texture? Look no further than a beginning brioche class! In this class, you’ll learn the basics of brioche knitting, including the stitches and techniques needed to create a stunning brioche scarf. The class will start with an introduction to the brioche stitch and the tools and materials needed for the project. You’ll then learn how to cast on and begin knitting the brioche stitch, creating a reversible fabric with a beautiful, squishy texture.

Throughout the class, you’ll receive hands-on instruction from Cynthia Spencer, an experienced teacher who will guide you through the process of knitting brioche. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback on your work. By the end of the class, you’ll have a beautiful brioche scarf started. You’ll also have the skills and confidence to continue exploring the world of brioche knitting on your own.

This class is part of Fiber ArtsFest and takes place on Friday, September 29, at the Huntingdon County Fairgrounds.

Have you ever wanted to learn to quilt? Here is your opportunity to learn from two masters: Yvonne Wilson and Marsha Hartman. They have a class to teach you to make this Quilted Rail Fence Table Mat. This is a basic beginner quilting class. We will walk you through all the steps of making an easy, pieced quilt. By the time you are done, you will have a beautiful quilted table mat. The finished size is 23 x 27.5 inches.
