I have enjoyed serving all five Special School Districts for the past 15 years as the Carroll County Coordinated School Health Director. The grant will end on June 30, 2023. I hope the nutrition/health education, alcohol/drug prevention, and bullying programs over the years have helped students make better choices.

We had a wonderful week at TTI and a great group of girls. If you have a student ages 13-18, this is an awesome program to attend next year. I love TTI. ❤️

A total of 293 students, 142 parents//teachers, and 28 student athletes participated in Walk To School Day this morning at Huntington Primary School!

Mrs. Mandy Larson spoke to students at West Carroll Jr/Sr High School this afternoon about the tragic loss of her son in a boating accident due to the driver being under the influence of alcohol. We hope you have a safe and sober prom tomorrow night!

The Carroll County Teen Health Council gathered today to hear Emily Oswald, from Tennessee Su***de Center Prevention Network speak about QPR. Sydney Donald, a TTI staff member from Huntingdon High School gave a Tennessee Teen Institute presentation. The Carroll County Technical Center catered our meal. So thankful for students who encourage others to focus on their health.

Carroll County Tech Center College and Career Fair was a success!
