Before the journey starts, we must determine where you want to go. Once we determine where you want to go, my role is to help you take your first steps to see it through. While some people may seem to have their life mapped out, we all require a little guidance, motivation, and encouragement. There are times people say what they want to do, but have a hard time seeing it through. For example, at t
he beginning of the school year or a semester someone might say, “I’m going to make AB honor roll.” but when report cards come, there are three C’s. That does not make that person incapable of achieving their goal. An athlete requires a coach for athletic achievement. One might also require a coach for other areas of his/her life whether it’s setting goals, building confidence, preparing for college or all of the above. As your life coach, I believe there are no problems I cannot solve. I am here to work with you to conquer life’s challenges. Below are some common areas teens/young adults want the most assistance.
