At CTK, art class is more than clay and glaze. When our students sit down at the wheel or shape a piece by hand, they’re practicing patience, precision, and creativity, gifts God has given each of them. A Legacy of Trust: Crusaders Sign the Honor Code

Since our founding, every Crusader has placed their signature in the Honor Code book, a tradition as old as Christ the King itself. This week, our students continued that legacy, adding their names beneath a pledge that has bound together every class to walk our halls:

“For the glory of Christ the King, I will endeavor to know and keep the commandments of Almighty God.”

This vow is more than a signature. It is a commitment to build a community rooted in trust, accountability, and honor, values that shape not just how our students carry themselves in the classroom, but who they become as men and women of faith.

In signing, our students join hundreds of Crusaders before them, each one committing to the same standard set by our founding class.

We ask our community to keep these students in prayers, that God would protect and strengthen them as they strive for excellence in all things, in the name of Christ the King.

Not “what,” instead “why”

At our first All School Mass this week, Father Cuppett challenged our students with a simple but piercing question: not “what do you want to do with your life,” but “why?”

He shared how easy it is to get stuck chasing the next “what,” good grades, a good college, a good job, without ever asking why any of it matters. True purpose, he reminded us, is found when we root our goals in God’s plan for us, not just our own ambition.

It was the perfect way to begin a school year built on believing sincerely, thinking critically, and serving others. As we celebrate 15 years of Faith, Reason, and Mission, we’re reminded that CTK has never just been about the “what.” It’s always been about the why.

There’s something sacred about watching the sun rise with the people who’ve shaped your journey. ☀️💙🩶

The CTK Class of 2027 gathers together as seniors for the first time, greeting the sunrise and each other with hearts full of gratitude and anticipation for the year ahead.

As we mark 15 years of Faith, Reason, and Mission, we’re proud to watch our 13th graduating class step into this milestone year. Here’s to a senior year full of purpose, gratitude, and Crusader spirit!

Students faced off in a spirited round of CTK trivia, testing their knowledge and their teamwork! Congratulations to the House of Knight’s Watch for taking home the win!

Our house system brings students together across grade levels, building friendships and a sense of belonging that lasts well beyond the competitions themselves.

Here’s to a full year of fun, community, and growing together in the name of Christ the King.

Our newest students kicked off their CTK journey today at New Student Orientation, led by our incredible Student Government leaders. From meeting their advisors to walking through their schedule to learning what it means to live the Crusader Way, it was a morning full of energy, connection, and school spirit.

Last night our community set the night on fire….literally! 🔥🔥🔥

We gathered in vigil for the Feast of the Assumption to consecrate our school to Our Lady, filling the chapel with incense, prayers, and hearts lifted in devotion. Incense met smoke detector, and the fire department made a special appearance to bless the occasion (unofficially of course).

All puns aside, it was a beautiful and sacred evening. As we entrust CTK to Our Lady’s care, we’re reminded that faith, like fire, is meant to be alive, warm, and spreading.

Believe. Think. Serve.

Our first week back at CTK was already filled with mission in action!

From students welcoming our teachers back with cheers and love, to daily Mass to start the day and prayer in the Chapel to close it, to meals generously provided by PTO, to meaningful discussions and planning for the year ahead, our faculty spent the week believing sincerely, thinking critically, and serving others in the name of Christ the King.

As we celebrate 15 years of Faith, Reason, and Mission, if this week is any indication, this year is going to be one filled with joy and gratitude.

Yesterday, our faculty and staff gathered for a day of prayer, reflection, and renewal to begin the school year the way we hope to live it: rooted in faith and reason.

The day opened with Mass and closed with Adoration, bookending our hours spent in meaningful conversation about Fides et Ratio, the encyclical upon which CTK was founded, and what it truly means to live it out in our classrooms and hallways every day. Together, our faculty, both those returning and those joining us for the first time, wrestled with questions of mission: how do we form students who believe sincerely, think critically, and serve others in the name of Christ the King? How do we bring that mission to life not just in what we teach, but in how we show up for our students and families each day?

It was a powerful reminder that CTK is not simply a school with a mission statement. It is a community striving daily to live that mission out, together.

We are so grateful for a faculty and staff who show up not only ready to teach, but ready to grow in faith alongside their students. We can’t wait to see where this year leads!
