Last year, our middle schoolers had an unforgettable experience at Dollywood, including the incredible opportunity to see Dolly Parton. ✨

Today, we remember Dolly not only for her music and the magic she created at Dollywood, but for the lasting impact she made on children, education, and literacy. Through her generosity and lifelong commitment to helping children learn and dream, she reminded us that one person can make an extraordinary difference.

For our students who were there last year, seeing Dolly was more than a special moment. It became a memory they will carry with them for a lifetime.

We’re just days away from the first day of school! Join us Thursday, August 20, for Open House and get ready for an amazing 2026–2027 school year.

📍 Main Campus
Preschool–5th Grade: 6:00–6:30 PM
6th–8th Grade: 6:20–7:00 PM

📍 Lakeside Campus
9th–12th Grade: 6:50–7:30 PM

Parking will be available on campus, with overflow parking at Huntersville UMC for Main Campus families. Information packets with campus maps, traffic patterns, and everything you need for the year will also be available for pickup at your campus office.

🏐⚽🏃‍♀️⛳️ Fall Sports Registration is NOW OPEN! 🦁💙

Lions, it’s almost time to get back in the game! Registration for 2026 LKNC Fall Sports is officially live through TeamSnap, with practices beginning the week of August 10.

This fall, we’re planning to offer:
🏐 Girls’ Volleyball (Grades 6–12)
⚽ Middle School Boys’ Soccer (Grades 6–8)
🏃 Cross Country (Girls & Boys, Grades 6–12)
⛳ Girls’ Golf (Grades 6–12)

📣 Pep Squad & Cheer registration will open separately in the coming weeks and will cheer on our basketball teams this winter.

🗓️ Registration Deadline: Friday, August 7 at 9:00 PM

📋 Required athletic forms (including physical, consent forms, code of conduct, media release, and more) must be completed, signed, and turned in to the Stumptown Campus front desk by Monday, August 10 at 2:00 PM.

💙 Athletic Fee: $275 for your first sport of the school year. The fee will be added to your FACTS account after teams are finalized, or you may pay by check.
