Dear True Love Childcare Families,
Today is a very special day because we are celebrating the birthday of Pastor Eric Lacy, the owner and founder of True Love Childcare! 🎉🎂
Pastor Lacy is so much more than the person who founded our center. He is a kind, loving, compassionate, and servant-hearted person who has poured his time, heart, and vision into creating a place where children can feel safe, loved, supported, and encouraged to grow.
Because of his vision, True Love Childcare has become a place where not only our children can learn and grow, but where our teachers and staff have opportunities to grow, develop, and become better versions of themselves. His desire to create a loving environment where children are cared for and families are supported is a big part of what makes True Love special.
Today, we simply want to take a moment to honor and celebrate him. Pastor Lacy, thank you for saying “yes” to the vision God placed in your heart and for creating a place where so many children, families, and employees have been blessed.

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved coworker, driver, and friend, Mr. Charles Carroll.

Mr. Charles was more than a member of our staff. He was a dependable, caring presence who genuinely loved children and people. His kindness, patience, and dedication touched so many of our children, families, and coworkers.

To us, he was more than a coworker — he was family.

We are grateful for the time we shared with him, the care he gave, and the difference he made in the lives of those around him. So many conversations about his love for the Philadelphia Eagles!

Please keep Mr. Charles’ family, loved ones, coworkers, and all of the children whose lives he touched in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
