Uniforms are now required for wrestlers at all practices with the exception of Friday.

Friday you are free to wear appropriate wrestling attire.

Team RISE Lions showed up and showed out this weekend at Beach Nationals! We had a blast and can't wait for next year.

Watch closely as our very own Jessica, owner of JessFit, held her own during her first match while rocking her SHEFIT gear!
