Driving to and from San Antonio, we listened to the audio "The Lightning Thief" Percy Jackson. We watched the movie and Brianna came to the conclusion that the book is better than the movie. In April, she read Little Women. Today she got to watch the 2019 version and she felt the book is better as well. I told her it's hard for directors to get every part of the story in a movie, so the book is typically better. The movies are fun to watch though.

The girl child and I went to Barnes and Nobles yesterday and I found a most wonderful book for Ezra. It was on sale for $10, too.😃 An encyclopedia of ships! Needless to say he was elated.

Before he opened it: mommy, does it has ships from the 1920s inside??

Me: Ezra I didnt investigate the book that deeply. You tell me after you give it a look.

He seems to think I hold the same interest as him in ships, lol.

I think he just might grow up to build unsinkable ships. 😆
