🍂 FALL BREAK REMINDER… with a little Christmas cheer! 🎄💜

Define Dance is on Fall Break October 12–17! No classes this week, but we’ll be back dancing on Monday, October 19!
While our dancers enjoy a little break, we’re taking a trip down memory lane with some of our favorite Christmas in the Park moments! 🎶✨

One of our favorite holiday traditions is just around the corner, and our dancers are already getting ready to bring a little Christmas magic to the stage! ❤️🎄
🎄 Kingwood’s Christmas in the Park
📅 Saturday, December 5
⏰ Define Dance performs 2:00–3:00 PM
📍 Town Center Park, Kingwood

And here’s the exciting part…
✨ It’s NOT too late to join us! ✨
We still have opportunities for new dancers to join participating classes and be part of this wonderful holiday performance!
NO performance fee! Just a fun opportunity for our dancers to experience the excitement of performing on stage for family, friends, and our community! 💜
🩰 Interested in having your little dancer join the fun? Send us a message and ask us how! We’d love to welcome you to Define Dance!

👞✨ TAP TUESDAY! ✨👞

Making music with our feet! 🎶
There’s something about the sounds, rhythms, and energy of tap that just makes us smile. From learning new steps to putting them together and finding that perfect rhythm—our dancers are tapping their way to stronger technique, musicality, and confidence. 🖤

💭 Does your dancer dream about trying out for a school dance team someday?

The best time to begin building those skills isn’t the year of tryouts—it’s NOW. 💜

Our 3rd–5th Grade Jazz class on Monday 4:45-5:30pm gives young dancers time to develop the technique and confidence they’ll need as they grow:
✨ Turns & leaps
✨ Flexibility & strength
✨ Jazz technique
✨ Musicality
✨ Learning choreography
✨ Performance skills
✨ Confidence

Dance team may be a few years away, and that’s exactly why this is such a great time to start. There is time to learn, grow, make mistakes, get stronger, and build confidence without the pressure of an upcoming tryout.

And whether dance team becomes the goal or not, your dancer is building skills that will make for a stronger, more versatile dancer.

💜 Jazz • Grades 3–5 Monday 4:45-5:30pm
✨ Come try a FREE class! Monday 4:45
Send us a DM for class details.

As another school year begins, I’ve been reflecting on a moment from my own teen years that changed the way I saw myself.

It wasn’t the biggest moment in my life, but it became one of the most meaningful. It taught me that sometimes all it takes is one opportunity, one success, or one person who believes in us to change the course of how we see ourselves.

My prayer is that every child experiences moments like that this school year—in the classroom, on the playground, on the field, in the dance studio, and wherever life takes them.

At Define Dance, we hope to be part of those moments by encouraging every dancer to grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and believe in themselves.
Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your child’s journey.
Here’s to a wonderful school year filled with growth, courage, and many turning points. 💜
