Yesterday, Inspire ND Executive Director Jennifer Dantzler had the opportunity to join fellow IDD leaders Roni Jo Frazier of Bloom Community Services and Maritsa Andre of The Village Centers for a panel discussion during Leadership Lake Houston’s Social Services Day.

Together, they shared how their organizations are supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism, the needs they see across our community, and the important role local leaders can play in creating more inclusive opportunities for everyone.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect, collaborate, and help the next generation of Lake Houston leaders better understand the incredible work happening right here in our community 💙

Our Executive Director, Jennifer Dantzler, kicked off the morning with a Neurodiversity 101 training for the Montgomery County Appraisal District!

These conversations help build greater understanding of neurodiversity and encourage more inclusive, supportive interactions in our workplaces and communities.

👏 This is Awesome! 🏆

Love on the Spectrum won three Emmys last month.

At the Creative Arts Emmys on September 6, Season 4 took Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program, Outstanding Casting for a Reality Program and Outstanding Picture Editing. That brings the show to 10 Creative Arts Emmys since 2022.

Co-creator Karina Holden: “To win these Emmy awards for a show that brings so much happiness into the world means everything to all the incredible participants and crew involved.”

For a lot of parents, this show was the first time they saw autistic adults on screen going on dates, being nervous, being funny, being themselves, without the show treating any of it as a joke. Ten Emmys says the industry noticed too.
