I had an idea, executed it, and suceeded.

Basque style "burnt" blueberry cheesecake. Fermented blueberries in it, macerated hot honey blueberry topping, brined and roasted blitzed almonds, and almond soil.

I had this idea in my head all day yesterday and planned on executing it with the anticipation of failure. You can't succeed without failures, and boy have I had my share of failure and then some. Keep on trying, refining, perfecting, and keep on cooking. I'm out here trying to take it to the next level. Last two pictures are of my original plain basque style burnt cheesecake.

Welcome to a taste of Hull! A place where we all share our food, techniques, ask questions, bounce ideas of eachother, and most of all LEARN, TEACH, SHARE.
