Last week Hulbert experienced the rich culture, traditions, and knowledge of Indigenous people.

We are incredibly grateful to our community members, families, and special guests who generously share their time, talents, and cultural knowledge with our students. These hands-on experiences bring history and traditions to life, helping our students develop a deeper appreciation for the heritage that makes our community so special.

A special thank you to our presenters and contributors:

* Coach Hammer & Dustin Shade: Hog Meat
* Cora Hammer, Family & Friends: Fry Bread
* Hulbert Cafeteria Staff: Beans & Potatoes
* James Callie: Blowguns
* Lauren Keen, Cherokee Nation CLMAP: Cherokee Language
* Nate Bunch: Archery
* Pam Balky: Pinch Pots
* Candice Byrd Boney: Storytelling
* Malachi Fields: Flint Knapping
* Jerod Davis: Atlatl
* Terry Mounce: Chunkey
* Jimmy Carey: Marbles

Thank you for investing in our students, preserving cultural knowledge, and helping the next generation understand the importance of honoring where we come from.
