Next Generation Farmer Fund Grant Program Application Open->

*The Next Generation Farmer Fund is a new grant program that will provide $10K-$50K grants and technical assistance to young, regenerative farmers and ranchers across the country.

Applications will open in October 2026, with recipients announced in early 2027. Eligible practices will include carbon sequestration and soil health efforts, water quality improvements, biodiversity, supply chain resilience initiatives, and other regenerative efforts.

Whole Foods Market has committed up to $500,000 in matching funds to launch the Next Generation Farmer Fund, with a goal of raising more than one million dollars. Learn more about the fund and its supporting partners here.
