We are excited to share that BeDriven will be a part of the very first Fit Fest, Birmingham's biggest wellness festival!

Join us Sunday, Sept 13th from 9:30am - 4pm at City Walk & the BJCC South Hall for a full day of fitness, wellness, shopping, recovery, food, giveaways, and more.

It’s our duty as coach to pour in the next generation! We want to give them knowledge about exercises and nutrition! Then we want to make it practical to the sport they play! Lastly our goal is to impact the entire team so they can impact their school in a positive way!

Thank you again Birmingham City Schools and we look forward to working with any local middle schools or high schools in the future!

Join Alabama Greek Festival and BeDriven Fitness as we celebrate the legacy of the Divine Nine with a community hike at West Rock Preserve in Hueytown.

We will meet at the Dee Hendrix trailhead parking lot at 7:15am on Saturday, August 15th. Everyone is welcome to join, so bring a friend!
