Each school year, an extraordinary JEFCOED teacher stands out among their peers in the areas of achievement, recognition, or accomplishment. A teacher that "went the Second Mile for students” made a positive impact on student learning and enhanced the climate and culture of the school. This year our Second Mile Teacher is Coach Colvin! Thank you Coach Colvin for always going over and beyond for our students and staff at HPS! 💜💛

Our yearbook sales have been extended!! 🥳If you would like to purchase a yearbook send in $20 cash in an envelope labeled with your student’s name, their teacher’s name, and yearbook. Make sure you send in correct change! These yearbooks are selling fast and once they are sold out you won’t be able to purchase one. Don’t miss out on the first HPS yearbook! 💜💛

Parents, this is a reminder about tonight's PTA parent meeting! Meeting will be held in the HPS gym at 6:00pm.

Otis Spunkmeyer and Gift Catalog fundraiser update. We are excited to see our digital sale growing! Would you mind registering and sharing? It is so easy as you can simply share the catalogs and information right from your phone. Simply go to http://FundPrizes.com to get started. It is super EASY! You can share via Text, Email, Facebook, Twitter, and more. Right now we have 19% of our students have registered. Our goal is to get 30% of our students to register and share, so please get started today. You child will earn the GOATz keeper popper wrist band just for registering. Also, don’t forget to turn in your coupons daily to receive your goats. If you are taking orders and collecting money, please turn these in on Friday. The online will stay open until we process the paper orders.

Thank you to the parents who have already taken time to register and share the information digitally. Right now we have 17% of our student population who have registered and shared.
