Urban Kids Development, LLC Educational organization that provides ACT Test Prep, Science Tutoring, and Educational Consulting Urban Kids Development, LLC was founded by Dr. Briauna Scott.

Dr. Scott is a native of Choctaw County, Alabama. She attended the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science in Mobile, Alabama for High School. Afterwards, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Global and Community Leadership Honors and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education with a Biology Concentration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She also earned her Doctor of Educ

ation in Urban Leadership from Johns Hopkins University. In addition, Dr. Scott also holds additional certifications including: an ACT Basics Certification, ACT Science Instructional Mastery Certification, and a National Certificate for STEM Teaching from the National Institute for STEM Education. She has been a secondary science educator for a decade, and she also holds a Leadership Certificate for the state of Alabama which qualifies her for School Administration. She is passionate about working with underserved youth in urban communities and making a difference. Dr. Scott is a current resident of Hueytown, Alabama where she resides with her husband and three children.
