We’re already halfway through Unity Christian Wrestling Camp, and once again it’s officially our BIGGEST year yet! This group of kids has been bringing the absolute energy all week.
Tomorrow is our final practice, because Friday is the main event: MATCH DAY!
Come out to the Hudsonville Christian Elementary West Gym and watch all their hard work pay off.

5:00 PM - Wrestling 101: A quick breakdown of how a match works and how scoring is done.

5:15 PM - Team Introductions: The wrestlers hit the mat under smoke and lights to their team theme music!

5:30 PM - Matches Start!

We’ve seen incredible growth every year, with more boys and girls hitting the mat and discovering the great sport of wrestling! Boys and girls 1st grade through 12th grade are welcome!

Unity Wrestling will be attending the Fore Shore Adventure Run! This fun team event is open to all athletes—high school, middle school, and youth—as well as alumni, parents, and friends.

If you’re interested in having fun with our team and being part of the UC Wrestling community, we’d love to have you join us. When registering, select Family and Friends Teams, then choose Unity Wrestling.

Unity Christian Wrestling is excited to travel to Lowell this Saturday for MHSAA Individual Regionals.

Caden Leatherman punched his ticket this past Saturday at Individual Districts, placing 3rd overall. His only loss came to the #1 seed and one of the top-ranked wrestlers in the state, a strong showing that proved he belongs at this level.

Caden has been wrestling since a very young age and has logged countless hours in our Unity wrestling room. He’s also trained at a young age with Hudsonville Youth Wrestling Club as well as Michigan Premier Wrestling Club. Over the years, he’s attended numerous wrestling camps, including multiple camps at the University of Michigan, along with all of our Unity Wrestling Camps. He has also competed in high-level events such as the Sparty Classic and the IndianaMat Hoosier Preseason Open, just to name a few.

Caden has poured countless hours of blood, sweat, and tears into this sport, and all of that work has led him to this moment.

Unity Christian Wrestling had a great showing this past weekend at the West Catholic Dunneback Tournament. Both the boys’ and girls’ teams competed well, with the girls’ team delivering an outstanding performance by capturing 1st place overall in the girls’ division.
