I have always loved dance.....from ballet to hip hop and everything in between! Dancing is just the best way to break a sweat and get your heart pumping! In the past, I have taught DanceFit and most recently, I have become certified as a REFIT® Instructor. I hope you will check out a class and join the REFIT® Revolution!
