This week is about saying sorry. Sounds simple enough but many people are not that great at apologising. Accepting responsibility for mistakes is a vulnerable thing to do and being vulnerable isn't always easy. But I can hardly spend a week talking about the importance of repair after rupture without looking at one of the main ways in which repair can happen!

Hint - a sincere and vulnerable apology doesn't include the word 'but'.
