We hope that everyone had a night to remember! It was a joy to see all the students dressed up and having the time of their lives!

Thank you to all the parents that donated supplies and their time to this event.

Thank you to the fabulous administration and staff of HMS for helping chaperone and preparing all the details for this night.

Thank you to our parents that provided the food and tirelessly prepped and cooked!

We know we are probably forgetting others and for that we are so sorry but just know we appreciate you! Without your support, the parents, the school, and our community this night would have not been possible!

Drop Off & Pick Up Information -

Drop Off -
Please do not park and exit your vehicle. Stay in the car line and drop students off close to the barn. If traffic is stopped on Dry Ponds Rd. please pull to the side of the road to allow traffic to flow.

Pick Up -
Please start line down at the barn. We will begin calling names as cars arrive. If traffic is stopped on Dry Ponds Rd. please pull to the side of the road to allow traffic to flow.

Drink & Dressing Donations -
HMS PTO has been very lucky to be able to secure a donation of drinks to serve at the 8th grade dinner. However, we would like to offer drinks to students to have during the dance. If you would be willing to donate sodas (any brand) or water please sign up using this link. We are also seeking salad dressings for the dinner salad. All donations need to be turned into the HMS front office by Wednesday, April 2nd. Thank you so much for your help securing items for this event!

7:00-10:00

•PTO will be sending out a final RSVP to 8th grade parents next week.

•Students will have a meal that evening. Final menu will be shared soon!

•Details about drop off and pick up will also be shared next week.

•This is free for HMS 8th grade students.

Due to scheduling conflicts next weeks PTO Meeting on Tuesday February 4th at 5:00 has been rescheduled for Thursday February 6th at 3:15.

All orders from the spirit wear order that was made in December were delivered to HMS yesterday (1/22/25). If you had made an order your students should be bringing them home soon!

We still have a select few t-shirts up for grabs! If you would like to order a t-shirt please visit this sign-up. We only have left what is listed. If you order any items from this sign-up it will be delivered to your student in 24-48 hours.

All items on this sign-up are currently in stock and can be delivered in 24-48 hours. Make your selections by 'signing up.' You will then be prompted to pay for your purchase through this site. If there is not an option to "sign-up" that means we are now sold out of that item.

Hat day tomorrow!! Bring $1 and wear a hat!

Hat Day Tuesday, January 7th! 🎩

Students may where a hat tomorrow at school for the price of $1. Students will turn in their money to the box at the concession stand in front of the gym tomorrow morning.
