For the past 15 years, we have celebrated birthdays by challenging ourselves to stay committed to our health and fitness. Selfishly, it’s a day that I spend a majority of the day grinding and pushing for hours and hours…Running 40 miles or completing 43 Acid Baths.

But 6 months ago Charlie asked if he could start going to Church and it just so happens that him taking his first communion fell on the night of my birthday. Without question, you support, you change your birthday plans, and you commit to something so much greater than any goat workout could ever replace. Proud of you Chuck.
