🦊 Teacher Tuesday: Meet Ms. Sam! 🧡

Today is a very special double celebration in our Preschool Foxes classroom! Not only is it Teacher Tuesday, but today also marks Ms. Sam’s one-year work anniversary with our family! 🎉

✨Ms. Sam brings so much heart, creativity, and joy to our preschoolers every single day.

Let’s get to know a little more about her and what makes her such an amazing educator:

- Favorite thing about teaching: Pushing her students to reach their fullest potential and watching them surprise themselves with everything they are capable of accomplishing!
- Dogs or Cats: Dogs for sure—she has two pups waiting for her at home! 🐾
- Mountains or Beach: Mountains 🏔️
- Favorite season: Fall 🍂
- What her students have taught her: That sometimes you just have to go with the flow. Not everything has to go as planned, and some of the best moments happen when you slow down and embrace the unexpected. 💛

We are so lucky to have Ms. Sam guiding our Preschool Foxes through a year of learning, growing, and beautiful unexpected moments. Make sure to give Ms. Sam a happy anniversary wish if you see her today!

🍎 Teacher Tuesday: Meet Ms. Tarryn! 🌻

Welcome to the very first installment of our Teacher Tuesday series!

This week, we are thrilled to introduce you to Ms. Tarryn, our wonderful Infant 2 teacher! 💛

With 10 years of experience in early childhood development and almost a full year as an official teacher, Ms. Tarryn brings so much dedication, warmth, and care to our classrooms every single day.

🐱 Cats or dogs: Cats! Ms. Tarryn is a proud cat mom of 2, Prim & Binx.
👣 Favorite milestone to watch: Watching our youngest learners take their first steps!
❤️ Favorite thing about her students: "Even on tough days, walking in and seeing their bright smiles and hearing their laughter makes my entire day."

Our Infant classrooms are all about nurturing curiosity, building early trust, and celebrating every little triumph. We are so grateful for teachers like Ms. Tarryn who make our school feel like a true second home for our families. 🌱✨

🎪🍿 Step Right Up, Pre-K! 🎠✨

Our Pre-K friends had a carnival-themed class party today, and they had an absolute blast! 🎉 Ms. Sohila and Ms. Re’Anna transformed the classroom into a carnival full of fun, laughter, and exciting activities! ❤️

The children enjoyed circus cookie counting, a fun popcorn scoop challenge, and so much more! 🍪🔢🍿

A big thank you to all of our wonderful Pre-K families who helped make this special day possible. Your support made their carnival celebration extra special! 🎪💛

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.

2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.

3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can be a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
