This year HCTV is joining with the Miami Valley Communications Council and access centers across the region to bring Santa to you, LIVE! Join us on Sunday beginning at 6pm to have kids call Santa LIVE ON TV. This is the 45th anniversary of this special program and the first year that HCTV has joined in the broadcast. Make sure to have your Christmas lists ready!
Tune in on channel 1021 in Hudson or anywhere you are with the HCTV-Ohio app.

HCTV will not be recording or broadcasting tonight's Explorers football game vs Hoban. Spectrum and the OHSAA are streaming the game for a fee at OHSAA.tv.

HCTV has been granted permission to broadcast tomorrow's Hudson City Schools, Ohio Explorers football playoff game from Lake Blue Streak Stadium.

The Hudson Explorers have made the playoffs! They'll be playing at 7pm on Halloween Night.

Spectrum has purchased exclusive LIVE VIDEO rights to the game, but HCTV will record the game and air it beginning at 10:30pm!

Be cautious as you look to purchase access to their live stream, and beware of scams!

The Explorers return tonight! Tune in to channel 1021 to watch all the action live, including the introduction of the 2025 Athletics Hall of Fame!

Tonight Mike Rickman is back calling the game, along with guest announcer Mike Elkins from WCTV in Wadsworth. Mike & Mike will be joined by Hudson's own Ben Gedeon during the 3rd quarter!

This afternoon officers from the Hudson Police Department participated in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics They helped carry the Special Olympics Ohio torch through Hudson on its way to the opening ceremonies of the 50th Annual Special Olympic Games at Ohio State University this Friday.
