I have spent so much time in my life pushing myself to get the end result or achieve the goal that I am after as quickly as possible. I am not patient when it comes to myself, and yet I seem to have giant reserves for everyone else. Funny how that works!

It is not lost on me that the process is where the power of change occurs. Sometimes it is quick and sometimes it calls for an extended season to make the changes, heal, or see the results.

You are the greatest project you will ever work on. Take your time.

Those words caused me to pause and find the permission not to push so hard and give myself a little of the patient reserves I give others.

Who else needs a little more gentle and a lot less pressure as you keep working on your beautiful self?

I love the idea of saying NO to the things that steal our time, energy and joy and YES to things that light up our lives. It's a great month to strengthen that NO muscle and create boundaries and enjoy life.

Monday Motivation....This past week I was given the opportunity to step back and evaluate a few things...including if I have been playing small in order to never stand out and never wanting to offend anyone.

This little reflective journey was started after I took to heart some offhand comments that were made to me. These comments (disguised in a sarcastic joke) had me questioning a variety of things and honestly caused tears. I reacted with quiet reflection & prayer instead of a ton of talking and getting other's input. Which is rare for me! I'm never the winner of the quiet game.

I pondered...My purpose and who I am supposed to serve? Do people experience my heart and know the reason for my career and passions? How do I truly come across to people?...and a whole jumbled list of other things...

Which for the record asking these questions was a really good process for me, but truly I knew the answers. Because this is the work I have been doing over and over so instead of it unraveling my confidence and creating doubt...I landed in the most beautiful space and conviction. (After a little emotion and some random choice words to no one, I'm not that awesomely evolved or thick skinned)

The truth is that for every single one of us any level of playing small serves no one. NO ONE!

I also realized hoping people know my purpose and passion instead of being bold is the opposite of what I do for a living and how I work with my clients. It is my life's passion to empower others to Live Fearless and Be Epic, I desire to be a healer and bring hope and solutions. This is my zone of genius and I am PROUD of this work.

I love that I get to walk alongside others as I coach and see all the ways they change their slice of the world as they achieve their audacious goals. I also get to be a part of an amazing company that allows me to help others with a more natural lifestyle with oils and clean products. Which again may not be your jam, but if you want less toxins and more health I will help you and support you!

This right here is my big dream it allows me to be present for my girls, help others go after their dreams and own my own business. Lovin' My Life Trifecta! I am designing a life that has ME Living Fearless and Being Epic.

Monday motivation...Show up as you are and NEVER PLAY SMALL...because your dreams and your passions matter!! THE END!

And If you do not have a kick a$$ tribe that tells you that often message me because I will! Also, after messaging me find a tribe that does because that tribe is where you belong and it is a game changer! Trust me.

This started as a quick post and became a blog. Thanks for those that are still with me. Again not good at telling a story in bullet points or the quiet game. 😂 Guess this quote got me fired up and motivated to play BIG!

Today is one of my favorite days of the month. It's productivity day and my office is full of business owners taking the day to rock out big goals. It is an intentional day to step out of the day to day operations and work ON the essential things that will move their business forward.

Not only do we knock out big goals, but each person gets to coach (with me!) and get laser focused on what they need to continue the momentum and demands of running their own business.

I also got to share the back room space with Holly Corbid today and her passion and drive to help people organize their photos is contagious and her business goals are aggressive. I captured this grin right after she announced knocking out 7 things on her goal list so far today...and there was still 3 hours left!

She is so great at helping people organize all their photos and creating order in the overwhelm! She assured me that helping me organize the multiple thousand pics on my phone would be easy peasy. We didn't even get into what is on my computer and printed in boxes at home. Clearly she is a miracle worker!

I refuse to share the actual number of photos 😳 because it's ridiculous! But I will share my photo that I took in my fun blue blocking glasses since we were staring at our computers a lot today!!! They work amazing and up the sassy game a little.

It's Motivation Monday....not Mediocre Monday!

Mediocre is not a word I want describing me or YOU! This week with the 4th of July (Summer is flying by!) right smack in the middle it is easy to let productivity slide and not create the momentum needed to get things done.

This week my big focus is on my top 3 things that will be done EACH DAY to move my big goals forward even on a short work week! What are you going to focus on this week? I would love for you to comment below!

Cultivating intention in 2018! I want growth in so many areas....health, business, joy, leadership, relationships, faith and the list could go on and on. Some of these areas I have neglected...which will also mean pruning areas that got waaaaay too much attention and did not truly serve me or help me live my best life. Cultivating new growth with intention, if I am honest, is a bit overwhelming if I see only the end result and how far away I am. But if I think with my Nebraska girl roots and start planting seeds of growth and nurture the process then the journey will absolutely bring surprises, beauty and results. It will probably bring a few weeds too! Which I will be ready for. I have set some pretty fabulous intentions for 2018 and it’s gonna take getting my hands dirty, patience and hard work to accomplish them. I am so ready to take things up a notch! Who is with me? What is your word this year? What intentions are you setting?? What will you cultivate in your life?

It's ! My favorite part of the week. This morning it was hustling and jumping through a variety of hoops...you know all the loose ends and crap that I couldn't get to or just plain avoided all week! This afternoon I had the freedom to enjoy a power walk and chat with a dear friend and now I am enjoying a little reading about growing my business and might even write a little! So I am feeling pretty fabulous!!!

This is why I take my Freedom Friday so serious! This morning I took care of all my follow up and follow through and I got a text at noon that these two lovelies were in town and wanted to have afternoon happy hour! Yes, I'm on my way (well I showered first!) without hesitation or guilt! Friday's are made for adventure!!!

It's Work it WINNsday and this group has been pushing hard on big goals since 7am! They have definitely earned their Happy Hour break in 34 minutes! Not that we are counting down or anything! There also may be a little healthy competition between the ladies to see who can get their inbox to zero first. The pictures may reveal a winner so far!

I am pushing hard today, the day after a holiday to go after a few big ideas. If Magic happens OUTSIDE of comfort zones then working alone at my office today completely distraction free should be easy peasy.

Not so much...it was a rough start because I LOVE LOVE LOVE my comfort zone! LOVE safe and easy. So I scrolled FB and Insta for a while, made a list of random crap that wasn't helpful at all to achieving my goals and then walked around my office reorganizing a bit. Comfort zone = no magic!

Swiftly kicked my bo**ie out of my comfort zone and refocused time to create a little momentum and start crushing my goals!!!
