Welcome Coach Kyle Danehy to F45 Hudson! 👏
We’re excited to officially welcome Kyle Danehy to the F45 Hudson coaching team!
Born and raised in Marlborough, Kyle is a local through and through. After graduating from Marlborough High School in 2010, he attended Mount Ida College before earning his degree in Graphic Design from Merrimack College.
When he’s not coaching or working out, you’ll probably find him hiking, playing video or board games, catching a comedy show, practicing yoga, or playing sports like lacrosse and football. And if it’s football season, you can bet he’s cheering on the Patriots!
Kyle’s favorite F45 workout is Firestorm 🔥 because he loves the energy, intensity, and challenge it brings.
What Kyle enjoys most about coaching is helping people accomplish goals they never thought possible. He’s passionate about sharing his knowledge, building confidence, and seeing the joy that comes from getting stronger, healthier, and more capable. For him, there’s nothing better than watching members realize just how much they’re capable of achieving.
Fun fact: Kyle entered the world weighing a whopping 10.4 pounds, which still stands as a family record! 😂
If you see Kyle in the studio, be sure to introduce yourself and give him a warm F45 Hudson welcome. We know you’re going to love training with him!

Everyone knows strength training builds muscle.
What most people don’t realize is that it also builds the life you want to keep living.
It helps you:
✔ Stay independent
✔ Protect your bones
✔ Prevent injuries
✔ Improve your metabolism
✔ Reduce your risk of chronic disease
✔ Think more clearly
✔ Have more energy every day
Strength isn’t about lifting the heaviest weight.
It’s about carrying your kids.
Traveling without limitations.
Getting up off the floor with ease.
Living the life you want for as long as possible.
That’s why we believe strength training isn’t just exercise.
It’s one of the best long-term investments you can make in your health.
Which benefit surprised you the most? Let us know below.

Grip strength isn’t just about having a strong handshake.
Research has found that grip strength is closely associated with healthy aging.
It reflects overall muscle strength and has been linked to mobility, independence, and even the risk of future health problems.
A simple dead hang is one of the easiest ways to build it.
It strengthens your:
• Grip and forearms
• Shoulders
• Core
• Posture
• Joint stability
And it teaches your body to stay strong enough to do the things that matter most, whether that’s carrying groceries, lifting your kids, or staying active well into your later years.
Try this challenge:
• Beginner: 10-20 seconds
• Intermediate: 20-45 seconds
• Advanced: 45-60+ seconds
If you can’t make it to 30 seconds today, don’t worry. Start where you are and add a few seconds every week. Small improvements add up.
At F45 Hudson, we don’t train just to look better. We train so you can move well, stay independent, and keep doing the things you love for years to come.
👇 How long can you hang? Drop your time in the comments.
