Emotional Precision Workshop ✨
Wednesday, September 9 | 6:00–7:30 PM

What if your emotions weren't problems to fix, but signals to understand?

Join this masterclass to stop being controlled by your emotions and start using them as a source of clarity, resilience, and growth. You'll walk away with practical tools to transform reactivity into precision — meeting life's challenges with intention instead of impulse.

We'll focus on:
- Understanding the message behind your emotions
- Building emotional resilience and regulation
- Responding instead of reacting

Led by Majed Al Hassanieh, certified life coach and meditation practitioner with 10+ years of experience deepening his practice through the study of Buddhism.

Come learn to meet yourself — and your feelings — with intention.

Got a track you've been sitting on? Bring it to the aux.

Song Share Listening Party with Xondra
Tuesday, August 25 | 6:00–7:30 PM
The Spark Skydeck rooftop

Calling all local musicians! Whether it's a polished master or a voice memo you recorded at 2am, this is your night to press play and let the room hear it. We'll kick things off with drinks + snacks on the rooftop, then take turns sharing our music.

Between tracks: swap feedback, meet collaborators, and connect with your local music scene. Seasoned producer or first-time songwriter — everyone gets a turn on the aux.

Come to share. Come to listen. Either way, come meet your people.
