If it has PAUL GILBERT in it, it is ALWAYS worth your time to watch and learn from.

He's easily one of my biggest guitar heroes/inspirations as his extensive knowledge of theory and dexterity on the guitar are absolutely top tier!

3 note voicings are magical on guitar.

Herb Ellis is giving you the meat and potatoes of 3 chord voicings to keep all the Harmony you want to imply without ALL the notes you think you would normally need.
Being out of the way yet, still holding down the bedrock of harmony while a soloist plays, is the ultimate goal.
