What a game. What a Senior Night. What a night to be a Warrior.
Being a (Marching) Warrior is about so much more than the music we play, the performances we give, or what you see on the field and in the stands. It’s about the people we become, the relationships we build, and the memories that stay with us long after the final note has been played.
Tonight was a perfect reminder that Warrior pride goes far beyond the sidelines. It was our cheerleaders joining us and jamming out during the fourth quarter. It was our very own Miss Wayne, MaRiah Mullins, staying after the game to celebrate with us and joining in our traditional postgame performance of Long Train Runnin’!
These moments might seem small, but they represent something much bigger. They remind us that we aren’t just a band, a cheer squad, a football team, or a student body. We are a community. We are a family. We are WARRIORS.
And to our seniors: The music may eventually fade, the uniforms will be put away, and the Friday night lights will someday become memories. But the friendships, the lessons, disciple, and the pride of being a Warrior? Those are yours to carry for a lifetime. Great job tonight. ❤️🤍🖤
