MUSTANG CROSS COUNTRY — STRONG DAY ON THE COURSE!

Our girls and boys Cross Country teams hit the course again today, and they showed up ready to compete!

Our girls did a great job, battling through the heat and finishing strong. We’re proud of the effort and determination they continue to show each race!

On the boys’ side, there were 91 runners competing, and we had some great performances:

Austin M. — 9th Overall
Michael Lopez — 18th Overall

The rest of our boys finished strong as well. Despite the heat, they kept pushing, and the majority of our runners improved their times! That’s what Cross Country is all about competing, improving, and getting stronger every race.

Now we turn our attention to next week’s final regular-season race at Lowell! One more opportunity to hit the course, compete hard, and FINISH STRONG!

Great job, Mustangs! Keep running!

A HUGE shoutout to our B-Team Boys Cross Country runners for a strong performance yesterday at the Coronado Meet!

These boys came ready to compete, put in the work, and showed tremendous improvement on the course!

Having two Mustangs finish in the Top 3 is a great accomplishment, but seeing every runner improve his time makes us even more proud. That hard work at practice is paying off!
