Located just outside Orlando, FL, IJGA is the world’s premier junior golf academy, providing elite coaching and state-of-the-art facilities at our private, lakeside campus. Our mission at IJGA Bishops Gate is to create an environment where athletes value education and learning, and become part of an interdependent unit that evolves together, rather than placing emphasis on results alone. Coach educating pupil, pupil educating coach, and the most vital of all, pupils educating each other. The Academy offers a full range of golf training programs, with a specialization in developing junior players. With a first class facility, a strong management and coaching team, and one of the best academic programs at Montverde Academy, we believe that the totality of our program sets us up as the premier choice for junior golf development. The foundation of our training program is finding simple solutions for complex problems and we believe the avoidance of technical paralysis is the catalyst to ignite elite performance, allowing athletes to reach their full potential. Change your game!

Five IJGA student-athletes recently competed at the Hilton Grand Vacations ANNIKA Invitational presented by Rolex, giving IJGA a strong presence in the elite field of 72 players.

Representing IJGA were Xueyan Zhu, Minami Suzuki, Zilin (Grace) Xu, Romina Palmeros, and Ana Hilda Castillo Cravioto—the most IJGA players ever invited to the event, reflecting the depth of female athletes at the academy.

All but Ana Hilda finished in the top 60%, with Xueyan Zhu leading the IJGA group with a T9 finish at 2-under par, highlighted by a strong final-round 68. Minami Suzuki finished T23 at +3, Grace Xu T27 at +4, Romina Palmeros T41 at +7. The best score on the closing round.

We are proud of Xueyan, Minami, Grace, Romina, and Ana Hilda for representing IJGA at the ANNIKA Invitational and continuing to challenge themselves on a major junior golf stage.

Congratulations to all five IJGA student-athletes on this achievement!

Happy National Coaches Day! 💙⛳️

Behind every player is a coach who inspires, supports, and helps them grow.

Today, our students shared their favorite coaches — and described them in just one word.

Thank you to all of our coaches for the impact you make every single day, both on and off the course.

IJGA alum Juniper Jang delivered a memorable finish at the 2026 Murphy USA El Dorado Shootout, with heroic play to get into a three-player playoff.

Competing at Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, Arkansas, Juniper entered the closing stretch with work still to do. But under pressure, she birdied each of her final two holes, including a dramatic 40-foot birdie putt on the 18th, to earn a place in the playoff.

Along with Kary Hollenbaugh and Kate Smith-Stroh she returned to the par-5 18th for the first playoff hole but failed to birdie the hole and missed out on winning.

Juniper joined IJGA in 2019 before turning professional and joining the Epson tour three years later. During her first Epson Tour season in 2022, she recorded five top-10 finishes, including two runner-up results, and earned her LPGA Tour membership for the 2023 season, where she has competed for four years, playing Epson Tour events when not competing on the Epson tour. Juniper continues to live and practice in the IJGA Bishops Gate campus.
