So so proud of my student Jerry and his amazing KO to win the cage fury title the past weekend. My belief is Jerry can beat most of the 125 pounders in the UFC now or at least give them hell. Keep eye out for him

Not going to say much only that who ever knew him knows this is one of the last of a dying breed, this man taught me a lot but the main thing I observed from him is how he treated his wife and family and family with so much love and that no matter what they always came first. RIP rest easy brother 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This past week was a super proud moment for me as my student Nick Galanti got a 35 sec knockout at Dana whites contender series to earn himself a ufc contract, Nick has been with me since white belt and no fights all the way into the UFC, and I couldn’t be more proud to see the hard work pay off for such a great kid. We have monsters and more to come 💪💪💪.Shout out to BabyK2x for sharpening the guys standup skills and being with me at all times, shout outs to my teammates Frankie Edgar and Nick Catone ✈️💙 for all the help they provide always and Marquez Mixed Martial Arts for the help and allowing my guys to get some training in at his place and also the man behind the scenes making all things happend Ali Abdelaziz also none of my guys would be in without Robert Haydak, Cage Fury MMA (CFFC) special thanks to him and his organization and Arias Garcia Jr.

Took a bunch of my students to Dave and busters and had such a great time. Love when my students get to hang and bond with each other and that is a very important thing to me for them as teammates and training partners, also to all the parents that thanked me I should be thanking you cause I had more fun than the kids 😂😂
